Product features
The in-vehicle environment can realize a non-contact sampling environment for the whole process. 1. The functions of the negative pressure nucleic acid sampling vehicle:

The negative pressure nucleic acid sampling vehicle is based on the original monitoring ambulance, and is equipped with systems such as negative pressure, filtration, disinfection, refrigerator, and nucleic acid collection.

The function of the negative pressure system is to make the medical cabin form an atmospheric low pressure difference relative to the external environment. A stable pressure gradient is formed in the medical cabin from medical staff to infectious patients to negative pressure vents to ensure a directional flow of air in the medical cabin and avoid cross-infection of medical staff.

The function of the filtration and disinfection system is to make the polluted gas in the medical cabin pass through the effective filtration and disinfection device and then be discharged out of the car, prevent the leakage of toxic bacteria, and achieve the purpose of ventilation without polluting the environment.

2. Conditions of use of negative pressure device:

1. The working space is well sealed, clean and free of dust.

2. The power supply system meets the normal operation of the equipment.

3. Select the appropriate air volume and internal and external circulation according to the sealing performance of the ambulance.

3. Composition of negative pressure system:

4. Technical parameters of negative pressure system:

4.1 The intake system and the exhaust system are separate

The outside air enters the cabin after being filtered by the air conditioner filter (medium-efficiency filter), which can effectively filter out pollen, dust, harmful substances such as asbestos, soot, bacteria and toxic gases such as ozone, Benzene and toluene, etc.

The gas in the medical cabin is filtered by HEPA (High efficiency particulate air) high-efficiency non-partition air filter and then discharged out of the vehicle. The efficiency can reach 99.97% for 0.3 micron particles and 95% for 0.1 micron particles. The air filtration system is divided into 3 stages.

Stage 1: A pre-filter is applied, which removes large particles that would otherwise shorten the life of the HEPA filter. Including, dandruff, dust, flax, fiber.

Stage 2: Applied HEPA filter removes 99.97% of 0.3 micron particles. Including, viruses, bacteria, pollen and smoke.

Stage 3 is also the stage, using carbon filtration for the removal of volatile organic compounds, including gases, smoke and odors.

4.2 High efficiency and low noise fan:

The negative pressure system adopts the on-board 12V high-efficiency turbine fan, and the 12V is matched with the original vehicle power system, and the failure rate is low. The air supply air volume is 450m3/h, after the filter resistance, the effective air volume can be guaranteed to be about 250m3/h. The volume of the medical cabin of the ambulance is 8-10 cubic meters, which can ensure that the ventilation frequency of the medical cabin is not less than 20-25 times/hour. It not only ensures the effective ventilation of the medical cabin, but also does not affect the air conditioning effect in the cabin due to excessive ventilation. When starting the negative pressure device, the relative pressure in the medical cabin is about -30Pa to -10Pa.

4.3 Negative pressure monitoring system:

A high-precision pressure display is set up in the medical cabin. Through the digital display on the panel, the real-time pressure in the current medical treatment can be displayed in real time, and the user can monitor the current operating status of the system at any time. Greatly improve the safety of the ambulance negative pressure system.

5. Instructions for use

1. The negative pressure system has a switch in the medical cabin. When the negative pressure switch is turned on, the negative pressure fan and the disinfection lamp work at the same time.

2. When using the negative pressure system, all doors and windows of the medical cabin must be tightly closed.

3. After turning on the negative pressure switch, observe the negative pressure monitoring panel. The panel display between 10 and 30 indicates that the negative pressure system is working normally (when the negative pressure switch is turned on to the weak gear, the negative pressure value is displayed at about -10Pa, and the negative pressure switch is turned on. When it reaches the strong gear, the negative pressure value is displayed at about -30Pa).

4. The negative pressure filter should be replaced in time. The replacement time depends on the use environment and frequency. Under normal circumstances, it is recommended to replace it every six months. If the use environment is dusty or used very frequently, the frequency of replacement should be increased.
